This particular feature is not yet available with G-cash. You can only send G-cash thru cash-in transaction which is done at selected G-cash partners (including Globe business centers) or sending it from your Globe mobile phone to other Globe user.

Is it hard to transfer money from USA to offshore destination?
Especially if I try to transfer amounts over 10K? I know the last several years, the restrictions are tougher when it comes to such amounts(before that it was about 30K, if I am right). And…obviously IRS won’t be happy to see money going to foreign destinations for the purpose of: "tax evasion" 
.
Any ideas how such transfers could be justified to the IRS?

Just transfer the money in 9000 increments. After you do one then have a friend do another. You can avoid some hassle doing that.

can you transfer migrated pokemon from a gb cartridge to diamond/pearl AFTER you’ve already transferred once?
i know that you can migrate pokemon from a gb cartridge [leaf green,emerald,&etc] to diamond/pearl.&&that you can transfer pokemon from one diamond/pearl game to another, but can you migrate a pikachu for example from leaf green to diamond. && then from diamond to pearl?

Yes you can. I have done it two ways:
I have migrated starter pokemon Squirtle that I wanted from LeafGreen to Pearl and five others that I needed
Then the next day I started a new game on LeafGreen chose another starter pokemon Bulbasaur and migrated it to Pearl.
I believe that you can only do 1 migration in a 24 hour period. Of course there maybe a way around it but I don’t see why you can’t wait.
