The video shows what happens in Pal Park, you choose 6 pokemon from a GBA game and then catch them in the park, These were also the first ones i transferred to Diamond from Emerald.

u need a gba game …
u need a gba game in yiour gba ds slot, then play pokmemon diamond or pearl, (or of course platinum or hg/ss) and click migrate from (gba game)
choose 6 pokemon you want to permanently get rid of from your gba game and send them to diamond pearl, platinum or whatever.
then go to pal park

the move deleter …
the move deleter has always been able to delete HM moves, delete it on the game it’s on and then transfer it at Pal Park
