is there any STEPS u can take to transfer gold version pokemon to pearl?

nope…

NINTENDO dileberatly cut off that gen and the one before it due to how it had IN GAME CHEATS….

like cloning and getting unlimited items…

nintendo did this to make the game more enjoyable….WITHOUT CHEATING

answer still NO…
