So I don’t know how to Transfer Money to this person that I want to purchase something form her. Where do I click to transfer money?
Once you are logged into your Paypal account, click on the "Send Money" tab at the top. It will ask you for the recipients email address or mobile phone number and the amount you want to transfer and where you want the funds to be transferred from.
