I do not hold a bank account here in Saudi, and wants to Transfer Money to India. Is Western Union the best option? How much do they normally charge and how long does it take?
I prefer transferring to a bank account, rather than the recipient having to go to a cash outlet to collect the money. Is it possible through Western Union?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks much.
…..western union is one of the reliable office in sending money outside the kingdom. They charge SR35. But there are many options you can choose from. It depends on what you like. You can go to SAMBA, Al- Zamil, Enjaz or Telemoney office or Banks like Al-Rahji and others…..the cheapest is Al-Zamil and the quickest is Western Union and Telemoney……

Hi,
I think it’s good idea to open an account in any bank. For example,
Al-Rajhi Bank can open a free account for you and through this you’ll be able to transfer money for any account in or out the kingdom.
that’s all i know. i hope it’s helpful.
